The three (3) initial members of the LLC will be Homer Simpson; Burns & Servile Miscreants, Ltd., an Illinois limited partnership; and Krusty Kream Bakery, Inc., a New York corporation.

The home office of Burns & Servile Miscreants, Ltd. an Illinois limited partnership, is 337 Nuclear Row, Springfield, Illinois 62701. Charles Montgomery Burns and Waylon Smithers are the general partners; the limited partners are Barney Gumble, Lenny Leonard, Carl Carlson, and Robert Terwilliger.

The home office of Krusty Kream Bakery, Inc. a New York corporation, is 50 Wall Street, New York, NY 10001. Its president is Herschel Krustofski a/k/a Krusty the Klown.

The registered agent for the newly formed LLC will be CT Corporation, 1021 Main Street, Suite 1150, Houston, TX 77002.

Doh-Nuts and More, LLC will be a member-managed LLC.
