Question

A 10-year-old patient with Cerebral Palsy Developmental Delay (CPDD) had an anoxic ischemic event at birth. The patient has a gross motor function classification level V and is unable to verbalize or walk. The patient has dysphagia, is unable to cough on command, kyphoscoliosis, and unequal lung expansion with the right side expanding more than the left. What is the role of the RT in the treatment and care of this patient?
