Task: 
Students will be provided with a case study analysis presenting a managerial problem with an organisational behaviour dimension. Students will be tasked with preparation of a report to the organisation's CEO recommending and supporting a course of action to change the culture of that organisation. 
Preparation: 
The problem in the scenario will be based on topics covered throughout the semester, and students should base their preparation on the information provided in the textbook, readings, and online class discussions. The class will work through a practice case in Weeks 11 and 12 to help students shape their approach to the task. 
Students should also look to scholarly organisational behaviour literature and relevant public information sources (eg company annual reports) to provide additional materials for a comprehensive approach to the problem. There is no single correct answer; students are free to make any recommendation that is reasonable and justifiable. Only secondary sources of information should be used in terms of collecting all data and information needed for the completion of this assignment. 
Presentation: 
• Assignments are to be typed, 1.5 spacing between lines, and 12-point font 
• Students are to use the CDU Harvard referencing system, available at https://www.cdu.edu.au/library/downloads/pdf/CDU%20Harvard%20Referencing.pdf.
