Assessment aim
This assessment aims to prepare a risk management report for demolishing an old dwelling (e.g., single standalone houses, double story houses, townhouses, or Victorian terraces) built before 1975 in Melbourne based on a selected/proposed demolishing method/technique.

Section 2 - Identifying risk categories
In this section, it is required to identify the risk categories related to your project. Three categories are the minimum requirement for this assessment.
Section 3 - Identifying the risks.
In this section, it is required to identify and describe at least three risks from each related category from section 2 to manage and prepare a risk plan.
Section 4 - Risk analysis
In this section, it is required to analyse the identified risks in section 3 in terms of their likelihood and consequence using the below indicator tables.

Section 5 - Risk evaluation and ranking
Use the below severity indicator to evaluate and rank the risks.
Section 6 - Risk treatment
This section should explain the treatment and action plan to manage the risks using the table below.
Section 7 - Conclusion and risk matrixes
Conclude by providing an overview/explanation of the management plan and outcome with a summary of risks severity in two matrixes (before and after treatment matrix)

This section should include all the references used in the investigation and preparing this report
