ASSIGNMENT TASK:

All work is to be in accordance with the New Rules of Measurement (NRM)

Prepare an initial cost plan for a 2-storey semi-detached house (one building with an adjoining wall) - marked with a tick on drawing 101 accompanying this brief.

The build is in Bath with an anticipated tender date of October 2021.

You are to use a cost analysis of your choosing, but you must verify that the cost of the development is realistic and demonstrate to the client value for money.

The submission should be in two parts:

• Part one: The report containing the cost plan that is to be sent to the client

• Part two: The in-house QA information containing calculations, back up information and assumptions
