Ethics in the workplace is an interesting topic, as the ethics by which a business is governed can directly affect everything from the company's success, reputation, and employee satisfaction.

All strategy formulation, implementation, and evaluation decisions have ethical ramifications. Strategists such as CEOs and business owners are the persons primarily responsible for ensuring that high ethical principles are espoused and practiced within an organization. Literally, hundreds of business actions are unethical, including:

Misleading advertising or labelling

Causing environmental harm.

Sexual harassment, bullying, and favouritism

Hacking into company computers

Phubbing (phone snubbing, such as being on your phone when meeting with others)
