They was having employee dissatisfaction going on in the work place that they need to solve like employees was getting bored with their job and they felt like it was uninteresting to them. From the survey that the employees took they felt disconnected from the consequences from work. They also had employees complaining about having conflicts with other departments which causing the work place to be more stress which caused them to give poor service to the consumers and they also was having problems keeping the veteran employees do to pay and bonuses after they try to fix that they still had issues with customer service employee not knowing their job. For example some of the IT techs would forward the work ticket to the right department instead they would try to do their selves but make the problem worse because this cause the employee turnover rate to increase.
