This holistic way of thinking also reflected in many traditional Indian medicine systems like Ayurveda, where the whole person is treated, not just symptoms. This approach to thinking emphasizes the importance of considering the big picture and all of the interconnected factors that contribute to a situation, rather than focusing solely on the causes and effects.
