She denies any changes in her health. She is a graduate engineering student who works part-time as a barista on the weekends. She admits to drinking a couple of glasses of wine on the weekends to wind down from the week. Denies smoking or illicit drug use. VS-B/P122/84. HR 76, Resp 16, Temp 98.6, O2Sats 99% on RA. She denies any pain. Current Medications: Propanolol 40 mg daily Maxalt 5mg as a single dose and may take another dose 2 hours after the first dose. Do not take more than 2 doses in a 24-hour period.
