Kelly has been working at Saxet Consulting for the past two year. In a recent project involving 10 members was led by Sarah, who is her immediate manager. During the brainstorming sessions, Sarah sometimes provided unclear direction and was quite hesitant to share information easily with the team. Despite that, Kelly continues to work hard to complete the project successfully, even though some members didn't seem to be put in as much effort as she did.
