Is there a philosophy and style of leadership best suited to the Criminal Justice field?

Under the law, there are four categories of "parties" or participants in a crime:

1) principal in the first degree,

2) principal in the second degree,

3) accessory before the fact, and

4) accessory after the fact).

Select any one criminal offense and describe how a person (or persons) would be a party (or parties) to a crime in each of the four categories. For example, in a bank robbery, the person robbing the bank would be a principal in the first degree. A getaway driver for the bank robber would be a principal in the second degree. A person who took pictures of the insides of several banks and helped the bank robber decide which bank to rob, although not at the actual bank robbery, would be an accessory before the fact. Finally, a person who assisted the bank robber by providing a place to hide from the police would be an accessory after the fact.
