The success of hospitality businesses like The Highland Golf, Tennis, and Ski Resort are often dependent on the quality and attituded of the employees, especially those front-line employees.

Assume the resort is under extreme financial pressure which means they cannot spend any more money than is already budgeted. What would you do to improve employee engagement and morale if you were Vice President of Operations? As VP Operations, all front-line employees report to you indirectly through managers.

Starting at the time the case ends, describe 3 specific actions you would take to improve employee engagement and morale, the desired outcome of the action, and why it should work according to the material covered in class, pre-class preparation and the textbook.
