Case study Training Establishment
You must prepare roster for either your Workplace and Training Establishment in relation to your practical lessons.
Diploma Hospitality Students will do Front of House (8) students set up for weekly lunch service including Still Room, and wash up area 40 customers
Commercial Cookery Students Back of House lunch Canapes, Entrée, Main, Desserts and petit Fours
Your area will be all food storage areas, food preparation areas and pot wash
Please use a template of any description but it must clearly identify rolls, days, times and staff.
You must consider the following for your Training Establishment:
1. That every student must have a task you have in a class
2. From set up to clean up must be considered
3. Each student must have a roll
4. Each student to be identified as Student 1, Student etc
You must consider the following for your Workplace:
1. Roster must be true and accurate
2. That you have permission to use the roster in your assessment
3. Names of workers maybe changed yours cannot
4. Payslip or formal notification from your workplace must support the roster
5. The publisher of the Roster position must be identified
