Assume that you are the general manager of a medium-sized fish company. Trainings in your company is being done right there at the job site which is unstructured. At present, senior employees who clean the fish are responsible for teaching new employees to do the job. Your firm is earning a lot of profits. However, very recently wholesale fish dealers are complaining about the poor quality of your fresh fish. For instance, some fillets have not had all the scales removed. The abdomen parts likewise remain attached to the fillets. You have decided to change the manner of on-the-job training being received by your fish cleaners.
