Case Study - Sebastian what strategies for triggers , cravings and urges recommend in this case

Sebastian is a 49yr old man who has described feeling anxious and very low in mood - he is being seen at home by community mental health services. He describes finding it difficult to leave the house because of these problems over the past 2 weeks. He has been diagnosed with bi-polar affective disorder since he was 28yrs old. He usually takes his medication regularly but sometimes forgets. There are a number of empty beer cans laying around the house and he regularly smells of alcohol.
