Question:

1. Evaluation of Quality
A: In your own words, reflect on the evaluations you've read about each property. How do these reviews measure up against one another for each venue?
B: Describe the customers, venue history, ownership, and/or relationships that you believe distinguish each facility.
C: Mention at least one disadvantage of choosing one venue over the other (E.G: far from airport, etc.)

2. Create a check list for site inspections that includes six pertinent criteria for each topic (Accessibility, Sustainability, Proximity to Attractions, and On-Site Accommodations), for a total of 24 criteria. (For optimal results, criteria should be broad enough to allow comparisons across characteristics yet specific enough to allow for differentiation and ranking of attributes.)

3. Consider an alternative FORTH venue that is NOT a hotel or a dedicated meeting space as a scientific event. Propose it here with justification.

4. Third Parties: In this specific instance and circumstance, would you recommend entrusting the venue search to a third-party firm such as HelmsBriscoe or Bedouk? Justify your position

5. Final Recommendation: Which venue do you recommend? Justify your decision by emphasizing the property's unique value proposition.
