There is a case study on Horvath Foods. This case study, we are the new Director of HR. If there was an organizational change that needs to be done, can switching over to a union help? Even tho Bob is admit on non union because he believes it will hamper the business. He would shut down plants when it's going to created. Are we as HR hired by the company allowed to support anti union? or can we shine some light onto this matter and put it as a suggestion?
