JJC Company, Industrial Pharm. It has been over-produced in the Cream Line in the last 3 months, because its new product has been a complete success. The employees know that they are doing their job well and, above all, they have met the dates established for their shipment. Although everything is happening with "normal" in the last two weeks there has been a bit of absenteeism as employees are tired of working so many overtime hours. They have not been notified of the impact at the organizational level for having completed production on time. Neither of the time in which they will be working to meet the requirements of the clients. After having learned about the topics of motivation, group work and teamwork, present the solution for this case, based on the following questions:
