Company Composure, Inc. has over 500 employees with various roles and management levels with over 20 functional departments. The structure is a matrix with a CEO, upper-level managers, and middle managers throughout the organization. The company has decided to downsize the employees and use contractors to do their technology programming and fill their IT department. This leaves a small number of full-time employees and the production and HR department are all outsourced in. They believe this will be a great way to streamline their productivity and increase profit. Each student will declare their position on the first day of the week "For" the new structure or "Against" the new structure.
