Written Report topic: Carbon Capture Plant
This is the introduction and body I did. Can you help me with the conclusion?
Dear Board of Directors:
Our corporation has been looking to make a bigger impact with our corporate CSR and we believe we have the solution. We were authorized to conduct our research from the senior CSR branch, who wanted to know the benefits and drawbacks of owning and operating a carbon capture plant. This report details the research conducted, the findings, and recommendations as to how we will want to proceed if we decide to undertake this project.
We made this report to see if building a carbon capture plant would work for the company budget wise, csr wise, value wise. We analyzed the kinds of technology that would be used inside of the plant to make it easier to understand and make a decision on. As well as explain how it will fit into our current CSR budget as it will cost a big sum of money but should be able to fit in. We have provided recommendations for the board to consider and justified our position on the plant.
We researched other carbon capture plants and our main competitors in the market. We ultimately settled on a direct air capture plant and mainly focused on the orca plant that recently opened in Iceland. We looked deeper into how some of our other competitors are using their CSR towards climate initiatives, and how our CSR would look compared to theirs if we decide to build this plant. We did extensive research on the extreme benefit to the environment that carbon capture plants have while having almost zero negative climate impact. Since the benefits to the planet would be great, our public image would be greatly boosted, and we would win favor with governments trying to reduce their carbon emissions.
Our team is more than happy to have a discussion about our report if you have any questions or concerns. We have prepared a presentation to help visualize some of the concepts explained in the report. We would also like to express our gratitude for you to lend us your time, and allowing us to present to you
