-Employers having limited career growth for the staff that is engaged locally but it is usually expected. This means that the employers are not open-minded to the new technologies that are coming up. Thus, it leads to the organization remaining stagnant.

-When comparing salaries of other international organizations and other diplomatic mission, the salaries are not competitive. This simply means that salary increment does rise compared to other international organizations.

-In comparison to other similar positions in other companies, the local staff are paid less. This means that they pay their stuff less compared to other companies which leads to demotivates of the employees.
