Case - Calculating Resistance Point

A friend negotiating to buy a house is trying to figure out what her bottom line (resistance point) should be in the negotiation and has asked for your help. There is another house she can buy for $750,000 but that house is ten years older, has 1 less bathroom, a smaller lot, needs a new roof and is in a less desirable neighbourhood than the house she prefers. She knows that you are taking a negotiating course and has asked you to assist her. Using the relevant negotiation terms explain how she should calculate the most she is willing to pay (resistance point) for the house.
