Company Name: Baked Expectations, dessert shop in Canada. 

It's time for that organization to take some action.  Based on looking at the Resource Based View and the Value Chain, what area or resource do you think the organization is obtaining a competitive advantage with? 

Essentially, you are identifying the most important resource OR step in the value chain, and now you are taking action to strengthen or enhance it.  For this assignment, it is not necessary to have a particular course of action in mind, but rather to know what you are addressing.

Use the materials from the course to conduct an internal analysis, or as best we can from the outside view, and apply the model of competitive dynamics to a move to strengthen that competitive advantage.

For Assignment:

• Provide an overview of what the 'Resource-Based View concept means or an overview of what the 'Value Chain' concept is (whichever is applicable for your selection to address).
• Identify a resource or process in the Value Chain that you believe the organization is using to build competitive advantage
