Avengers Apparel Company (your licensee for women's intimate apparel) has submitted their full-year income/royalty statement to you at your company ABC Inc. Using the "report card" found in this week's Required Materials folder, determine if they have met their minimum obligations and kept within their caps. You will need to refer to the contract to confirm their obligations. Please include the international sales in the calculations as well!

In a separate Word document, describe what you found in their submission, as if you were reporting on the year-end income and royalty statement to your boss. Pay attention to your cheat sheet calculations. This part of the assignment is to serve as a wrap up and interpretation of the royalty statement. For example, did they surpass their OP cap and if they did, what does that mean to the business (they're selling to off priced stores too much and degrading the brand). Imagine it as a summary for the boss who doesn't want to have to parse the numbers.
