Mr. Rashid started a production company in the Maldives with 100 employees. According to the development of his business, he recruited 150 more employees to manage his customers effectively. Recently, due to the Covid-19 pandemic situation, he is facing many issues in the business related to employees as well as customers. In order to reduce the problems, he planned to instruct the employees to do most of the office works from home instead of doing the company. Unfortunately, most of the employees are not aware of the new technologies and how to apply them while doing the work from home. So, Mr. Rashid planned to recruit a new trainer to provide appropriate training to his employees for updating the day-to-day changes which are applicable in their careers. But Mr. Rashid doesn't know exactly what benefits he needs to provide to the trainer since he is not aware of the duties and responsibilities of a trainer.

1. Discuss the various issues happening due to Covid -19 pandemic situation and explain how it is affecting the operation of the business.

2. As an HR student, suggest some general guidance to Mr. Rashid that he can apply in his business for protecting workers from exposure to, and infection with, SARS-# CoV-2, the virus that causes Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)

3. Mr. Rashid wants to provide an effective compensation package to the trainer. Since he is not aware of the duties and responsibilities of a trainer, develop a clear job description and specification of a trainer to help Mr. Rashid to achieve his task. Also, suggest some of the benefits that Mr. Rashid can offer the trainer.

4. Discuss the various compensation strategies used by the companies in order to manage the employee's expenses during the Covid-19 pandemic situation. Also explain how those strategies will influence companies as well as employee's performance

5. Discuss the various recruitment methods Mr. Rashid can apply to recruit the trainer. What is the most important recruitment method in the current Covid-19 pandemic crisis? Justify your answer.
