  • Discuss your preparation and approach to answering IT technical skill-related questions and customer service-related questions.

Preparation for an interview (practicing responses to potential questions) can be one of your best assets and give you confidence when you are actually in the interview. Based on the research that you performed earlier in the week, prepare a list of 5 questions related to technical skills and 5 questions related to customer service.
