This customer is a home textile producer, and distributes its products to 25 states in the U.S.A as well as Mexico and Canada. The company opens a bidding, and many reputable logistics companies become the suitor of this business. You are one of the bidder, but the customer does not care about the price too much instead it cares about the service quality.
