The team wants to document their awareness of the commission's standards, the role of the National Cancer Data Base, and the knowledge of other cancer registries to demonstrate their knowledge of and ability to provide comprehensive information about cancer to patients. As a team, you will research how hospital, state, and national cancer registries work and develop documents to include in the policy manual.
