However, SpaceZ has yet to recruit for all necessary positions to keep the city running smoothly, including firefighters. SpaceZ has contacted you, an HR consultant, for assistance in developing a recruitment and selection strategy for the first firefighters of Maple. In particular, they are expecting you to define:

SpaceZ has provided you the following job information:
-Candidates must commit to relocating to Maple permanently, and are permitted to relocate their immediate family along with them (all expenses paid by SpaceZ)
-Compensation is $150,000 CAD per year, plus benefits and a retirement savings program
-Candidates must satisfy the minimum requirements per the Ontario Fire Administration Inc. (OFAI)
-Candidates must satisfy the physical and medical requirements for Astronauts per the Canadian Space Agency
-Successful candidates and their immediate families are permitted 1 round trip back to Earth once every 5 years
