What patterns of affect/acting out having noticed in yourself that appear to mostly be expressed unconsciously? What allowed you to see these patterns? In many psychodynamic theories, dreams are thought to say something important about our most intimate wishes and fears, and often condense or represent some important and affectively charged experience.
