Problem: By now, you have become acquainted with private goods (rival and excludable), public goods (non- rival and non-excludable), and common-pool resources (rival and non-excludable). From this, it follows that there exists a fourth category, for which holds that goods are non-rival and excludable. These are called 'club goods' (or 'artificially scarce goods').
