BASED OFF THIS INFORMATION Subjective Data: The patient is a 71-year-old male who has reported a progressively worsening cough and sputum over the past week. He lives at home with his family and has a history of chronic back pain due to spinal stenosis, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, gastroesophageal reflux disease, benign prostatic hyperplasia, mood disorder, and fibromyalgia. He is allergic to NSAIDs, SERTRA, Quetiapine, and IV Dye. The patient also reports experiencing pain, depression, and anxiety. Objective Data: Upon arriving at the hospital, the patient was diagnosed with Chronic Obstruction Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and Acute Pulmonary Embolus, confirmed by a CT scan. His medical history is confirmed of Chronic back pain secondary to spinal stenosis, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, Obstructive sleep apnea, CKD (chronic kidney disease), GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease), BPH (Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia), mood disorder, Fibromyalgia. His known allergies include NSAIDs, SERTRA, Quetiapine, and IV Dye.
