Two different paste wax formulations are being compared to see if they hold up equally well in repeated washing at an automated car wash. On each of 10 test vehicles, formulas A and B are applied to opposite sides of the roof, and a coin flip is used in determining the side that receives formula A.

The number of washings before water no longer "beads" on the surface is found to be as listed here. At the 0.05 level, can we conclude that the wax formulations are equally effective?
