At about 11:00 p.m. they drove down to Hanna-Barbera Land to meet with Velma and Fred, where they kept drinking more of Daphne's wine. At 2:00 a.m., Scooby and Shaggy decided to drive home. Shaggy went to back up the Mystery Machine Mobile when he ran over Scrappy-Doo who was walking by, breaking his legs and crushing his diamond studded collar. Blood tests done on Shaggy showed that he had excessive amounts of alcohol in his blood. Can Scrappy-Doo sue Shaggy for negligence?
