One of the most challenging responsibilities for any company or organization is to either manage an existing culture or make changes to the culture that already exists. Business professionals often dispute on the meaning of the term "culture." Because Aristotle said that "we are what we repeatedly do," an organization's culture may be summed up as the manner in which it does tasks on a regular basis (Watkins, 2013).
Instead of being controlled in the same manner that one could manage a budget, I believe that the culture of a company should begin at the very top with the choices and actions that are made on a daily basis. An organization's culture is the sum total of its collective set of values, expectations, and practices, and it exerts a significant amount of influence and shape on the actions of each member of a team. Imagine this as a list of the characteristics that together make up your company. It is a sensible decision to leverage corporate culture as a means to exert influence and educate workers' mindsets and attitudes, acquire their support for the organization's policies and procedures, and reduce opposition to change. Culture inside an organization is used by management to direct and control the behaviors associated with strategic management.
