At an auction, Mr Weak bought a crystal goblet from the company SAD for 5,000 euros.

After paying the money, Mr Weak picked up the goblet. He then noticed that it was in very bad condition.

Mr Weak had not been able to see the goblet before buying it and had relied on the information in the catalogue and the photographs, which showed the object to be in excellent condition.

He therefore asked SAD for a full refund. SAD refused on the grounds that the sale was perfect.

Mr Weak is unhappy and would like your advice on what he can do.
