Anne, Betty, Carla and Jean form alimited partnershipcalled "Hair Expressions, LP" to operate a hairstyling salon. Anne, Betty and Carla are general partners and Jean is alimited partner. They have one part-time employee, Mary, who works only on Saturdays. After three years, the salon has become very busy and profitable. Jeandoesnot work at Hair Expressions. She works for a beauty supply company and sells hair care products to all of the salons in the area.
