According to Richard Glatz, one of the ways to apply Aristotle's Virtue Ethics to the business world might be to focus on what he calls "role-differentiated" morality. By this he means a corporate executive should not be judged by the standard of the virtuous person, but rather by the standard of the virtuous corporate executive. This would account for some of the socially unpopular, but fiscally necessary decisions executives must make in carrying out their duties for a company.
