Can you please assist me on a question that requires the calculation of valence electrons and the lewis structure of BrF4and BF4-, I keep struggling with the Lewis structures as the Br ion has 1 valence electron and F also has 1 valence electron, I'm just not certain what to do next and complete the answer.
