The fabulous filling machine for Fruit-o Flakes cereal fills boxes of cereal according to a normal distribution with a mean of 16.0 ounces and a standard deviation of 0.2 ounces.

a) How many ounces should they advertise on the box if they want to be sure that no more than 0.5% of the boxes are filled less than that advertised amount?

b) What percentage of the boxes will be filled more than 16.25 ounces?
