Pick a business to work on FOR EXAMPLE, a meat company (don't use this, pick another business specialty/type) . You will take this business abroad. Explore these countries in terms of, for example, culture, education, political systems, and economic systems. Think of 4-5 countries that this business will be successful in. Also, think of 4-5 relevant factors that has an impact on the company's operations, for example, beef consumption (Again, beef consumption can't be used, pick another factor) , GDP( This is ok to use as a factor) . Calculate Z-Score for each country. The country that has the highest score is the country that you should pursue. Identify appropriate entry mode choice, and strategies at different levels.
