Nutrition Assignment: Create food log for 4 days. Of course, if you do not have a food label with homemade food, you will look it up and estimate as best as possible. Links to assist below. You may use other sources in addition.
It must include a list or chart that includes the following:
1. A list of all drinks and foods you eat for each of the four days.
2. Estimated calories for each drink and food, totals for each day
3. Estimated carbohydrates, protein, and sugars for each food or drink, totals for each day.
4. Calculate your caloric intake according to the formula. Are you currently above or below this estimated number?
5. What are some other factors that can affect our eating habits? Discuss.
6. Total amount of water drank each day. Sufficient?
