I am trying to test whether there is spatial clustering in incidents of family disputes in New Haven, CT. I loaded the 'famdisp' point layer and the required libraries with the code below in R:

Question:

Using R, please assist with a code to calculate the variance-to-mean ratio (VMR) for the famdisp point pattern, and then use a chi-square test to determine the probability of observing a point pattern with at least this degree of clustering under IRP/CSR. When the VMR is calculated, display a quadrat layer from the "blocks" polygon layer with a quadrat size of 1,000 ft.
