A Carnot cycle heat engine uses steam as the working fluid and has a thermal efficiency of 20%. Heat is transferred to the working fluid at 250 degrees Celsius and during this process the working fluid changes from saturated liquid to saturated vapor. Please calculate the quality at the beginning and end of the heat-rejection process, and calculate the work per kilogram of steam.
