A 2kg box is released, from rest, at the top of a rough circular track of radius 10cm. As the box reaches the bottom of the track, it is moving at 15 m/s. using g= 10 m/s^2, calculate the work done by all resistive forces (such as friction) during this slide from top to bottom.
