A protozoan cell (animal like single-celled organism from the Kingdom Protista) is placed in a 0.5 M sucrose solution at 27oC. Assume the cell has an initial solute potential of -2 bars. Because a protozoan lacks a cell wall, it cannot generate a turgor pressure and will always have a pressure of 0 bars.
