Write a pseudo code for calculating the wait time for an available table at a restaurant for a party size of 1-2, party size of 3-4 and party size of 5 and higher.

The condition is that its first come first serve, so if a table of 5 is available, and there is not party size of 5 waiting at the moment, the customer of 1-2 people can use it.
