The following data are obtained from a Boyle's law experiment: P1 = 113 kPa, T = 300. K, V1 = 5.00 10-5 m3.

a) Calculate the number of moles of gas in the container. (in moles).

b) The pressure in the gas is increased to 226 kPa while the temperature remains constant. Calculate the volume occupied by the gas.
