A body of mass 2kg hangs from a spiral spring. When the mass is pulled down 10cm from its rest position and released. It vibrates with simple harmonic motion. The frequency of oscillation is 2.5 Hz. Calculate:

(i) The velocity of the mass when it passes through the mid-position of its oscillation

(ii) The acceleration of the mass when it is 4cm from its mid-position of oscillation
