One day as I stepped out onto the street, I was very nearly hit by a car. Fortunately, the car honked its horn and I jumped out of the way. But I noticed that the frequency of the horn as the car approached me was a factor 1.171 higher than its frequency after the car passed me and was moving away from me.

Calculate the velocity (m/s) of the car. The speed of sound is 343 m/s.
